Privacy policy
This site is deliberately lean: no cookies, no trackers, no embedded third-party content. What data still arises is set out here.

Server log files
When a page is requested, the host automatically records the usual access data: IP address, time, file requested, volume transferred, browser type and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest in secure and trouble-free operation. The log files are stored for a limited period (typically 7–30 days) and then deleted or anonymised.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and embeds no analytics or advertising services. There is therefore no cookie banner. Your selection in the toll calculator is stored only in your browser address bar, so that a result can be shared — it does not leave your device.
Hotel maps and tour offers
On some pages we embed a hotel map from Stay22 and offer listings from GetYourGuide. Both load only when you click the button. Until then no request goes to these providers and no data is transmitted.
If you click “Load the hotel map” or “Load the offers”, your browser connects to Stay22 (Stay22 Inc., Canada) or GetYourGuide (GetYourGuide Deutschland GmbH, Berlin). Your IP address and technical details about browser and device are transmitted, and the providers may set their own cookies. The legal basis is your consent given by that click, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. From that point the provider’s own privacy policy applies as well.
Fonts
The Source Serif 4 typeface is served from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts; no IP address is transmitted to a third party when the page loads.
External and partner links
When you follow a link to the operator or to a partner, you leave this site. From that point the privacy policy of that provider applies. Partner links may carry an identifier that lets the provider attribute a booking to us.
Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to complain to a supervisory authority. An informal email is enough.
