Live section

Traffic conditions and cameras

This section pools the reports of the Danish and Swedish road authorities. Until the feeds are connected, the status rows carry placeholders.

Three points along the route

Photographs, not live images — they show what awaits you at the toll station, on the high bridge and at the tunnel portal.

When the bridge closes

The high bridge stands unprotected in the sound. In a strong crosswind a ban on trailers and high-sided vehicles comes first, then a full closure. Trains usually keep running longer than road traffic.

Anyone travelling with a caravan or a box van should check the wind forecast on the day and, in doubt, plan for the Helsingør–Helsingborg ferry instead.
